I believe that the relationship between counsellor and client is the key to positive growth and change. When we build trust, we can begin working towards your full potential together.

As a Person-Centred Counsellor, my role is to be genuine, accepting, and understanding — creating a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement. I believe everyone has their own inner resources for healing, and I work with you to uncover them, empowering you to move forward with self-belief.
I also draw on additional training such as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), which can be especially helpful for calming anxiety, working with trauma and helping you feel more grounded and at peace. Equality and diversity are at the heart of my practice — I welcome people from all backgrounds, cultures, genders, sexualities, and beliefs. |
