Is counselling for you?
" I believe there is always a way to find a connection with each unique individual"
The process of counselling can seem frightening and overwhelming, my aim is to make you feel as comfortable as possible enabling you to get the most out of the experience. Change and seeking support can be difficult. I believe that providing a space where you can openly talk and share without judgement and fear, helps the process more easily.
The counselling I offer, is a space to explore and untangle your difficulties and areas of your life that are troubling you, so that life becomes more clear and you can begin to make sense of your life and how you want to move forward. Friends or families maybe supportive, but it is sometimes difficult to confide in the people closest to you.
I create a safe and confidential space, where you are welcomed with a warm, friendly and genuine approach. This offers you opportunity to explore your thoughts feelings and experiences more freely without judgement.
Together, we aim to bring about empowerment, so that you can make the right choices for yourself rather than being influenced by the outside world. It can be helpful to talk to a professional, who is not personally involved in your life without being judged or told what you should or should not feel about the way you do, because it is all about you, your own experience in your life, in your own unique way.
I believe that every individual has their own internal resources we potentially need for positive growth, and for a more fulfilling and satisfying experience of life.
I work in a way that respects you as an individual and your values and beliefs.
